RecordKeeper software started in 1996 by Aaron Beck by developing software for Scouting from which came our School RecordKeeper product today. This product has blossomed into many other products as schools needs molded its customization into the K-12 version, The Apprenticeship Tracker School Management system for the Construction Trades. In the past few years the new School RecordKeeper AE for the Alternative Schools which have become more popular with it's highly customized features and the Ever maturing School RecordKeeper for Higher Education which is currently being developed to aide in automating colleges communication with its students and alumni.

Beginning as a business tool for managing our own business Coyote RecordKeeper originally called Business RecordKeeper came to be. Under the guidance of businesses in the Clothing, Fulfillment and Automotive industry businesses, RecordKeeper gained its large feature set of automated tools. Capable of handling every aspect of small to medium sized businesses data need and integrating every department and need into a single product. Eliminating many of the inefficiencies of companies where each user and or department managed their own data independently, causing duplicated efforts.

With the advent of the iPad, high performance web servers, RecordKeeper is going to new heights of automation, paperless offices and creating efficiencies in business which have helped out clients grow while keeping their staff sizes to a minimum.
